After moving in, our property managers Kim and Beata were always on hand to deal with any maintenance issues we had. No arguing, just positive, customer focused responses with repairs carried out promptly at no charge to us. Having rented through agencies before it was a pleasant surprise to deal with one that actually cares about their customers. Highly recommended."

"1Let are the best letting agency I have been a tenant with in nearly 10 years of renting. They are responsive, efficient and helpful (especially Kim!) There were a few things that went wrong in the flat in my year of living there (fridge broke, leak under the sink) and 1Let were always quick to respond and send contractors out to help right away. "I was with 1Let for a year and was really happy with the service. Flat itself was lovely and was rented in a very good condition. Kim our property manager was always really friendly and resolved any maintenance issues quickly. We had a complicated roofing issue but Kim was always really receptive to giving us updates on the situation until it was resolved. When I moved out, Scott and Kim were really helpful in giving me clear information about doing an inconsistent move out (one tenant leaves one stays) which was much appreciated as it was a stressful time! "Best letting agency in all of Edinburgh, hands down! We rented from 1Let for two years, and the service and support we received from them has been absolutely outstanding. I have rented from a few different agencies in the past, but no other agency has come close to reaching the professionalism of 1Let. Whenever we had an issue, such as a broken washing machine or a sketchy boiler, the team at 1Let dealt with it extremely quickly and there was never any hassle.
