"We had a great experience renting with 1Let, right from viewing the property with Ken and all throughout our tenancy. Kim was fantastic as our property manager, whenever there was routine maintenance this was all well communicated ahead of time, and any and all queries were replied to very quickly. Luckily we didn't have any emergency issues during our tenancy but I trust these would've been well handled if they had cropped up. Kim was also great at helping us through our notice period once our landlord decided to sell and made moving out as stress-free as possible.
