2025 has been a big year for 1Let - and not just for our landlords and tenants! Behind the scenes, our team has been growing, changing, and thriving, and we’re excited to introduce you to the wonderful people who make 1Let what it is today.
This year, we welcomed three new Property Managers and a Lettings Negotiator, all stepping into the world of lettings for the very first time. You might think joining a new industry would be daunting - but their personalities, positive attitudes, and incredible work ethics have taken our team to a whole new level.
We’re now working with what we truly believe is our friendliest, quirkiest, and cleverest team to date. Every single person brings something unique to the table, and together we’ve built an environment where collaboration, laughter, and support are at the heart of everything we do.

A 1Let Family BBQ
Of course, a growing team deserved a proper celebration! On 6th September, we fired up the grill for a 1Let Family BBQ at our Managing Director’s home. It was the perfect chance for us to relax, recharge, and enjoy some time together, along with our families, away from the office.
The day was full of laughter, great food, and a bit of friendly competition! The weather was kind, the burgers were brilliant, and the team spirit was stronger than ever. A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make it such a fantastic day - and to Ken and his family for hosting!
