For me personally, 2025 marks 10 years with 1Let – a decade of growth, challenges, and incredible experiences. I started my journey as a property manager, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege to grow into a people manager, guiding and supporting a talented team while also taking on wider operational responsibilities that help the business run smoothly behind the scenes. Watching colleagues develop, succeed, and bring their best selves to work has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
