The 1LET team have all been working really hard on three new customer service developments for our landlord and tenant customers.

1. Tenant Welcome Pack

Our new Tenant Welcome Pack includes essential information for tenants to help them during their tenancy. The pack includes essential information that we have pulled together as a team - using our collective knowledge and experience of working with new tenants.

2. New Landlord Login

We will also be launching our new Landlord Login next month (March 2019). This will be a significant benefit to our landlords, who will be able to view:

- statements

- invoices

- Periodic Property Visit Reports

- other essential information

3. New Periodic Property Visit Reports

Following a significant amount of in-house research and software development, our new Periodic Property Visit Reports (PPV's) are now live. The new reports provide landlords with much clearer and more detailed information
