Being in business has had all sorts of different challenges over the years, but these days "awards" and "customer reviews" are definitely part and parcel of what it takes to perform well in a highly competitive market.
Our most recent awards submission was for the "Scottish Home Awards". It would probably have been easier to choose a different challenge because the Scottish Home Awards are more local and more competitive - and therefore more challenging.
The shortlist will be anounced next month - here's hoping!
